What is Broadband and Fibre Broadband?

Digitae Broadband provides reliable connectivity options for businesses of all sizes, across 95% of the UK. Simply select the option that best fits your needs and we can get you connected quickly and easily. Our Broadband is based on Single Order Generic Ethernet Access (SoGEA) and offers a mixture of fibre and copper solutions, to get your premises connected easily.

Our full Fibre Broadband is based on Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) technology and runs full fibre connectivity straight into your workplace. Each are available with an enhanced support package to give you piece of mind. If you’re unsure which connectivity solution will work best for you, get in touch with the DIGITAE team who will be happy to advise.

Fibre Broadband offers a complete full fibre experience with ultrafast speeds at affordable prices.

FTTC (Up to 80Mbps)

A cost-efficient option, but buyer beware – copper-based connections like FTTC are being phased out.

FTTP (Up to 1Gbps)

The new standard in business connectivity that’s highly scalable, more reliable and secure than copper.

SoGEA (Up to 330Mbps)

The perfect choice for businesses needing to balance cost and bandwidth, where FTTP isn’t available.

Benefits of Choosing Business-Grade Broadband:

SLA Guarantees: DIGITAE emphasizes the availability of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that cater to different business needs, providing faster responses and quicker issue resolution compared to domestic connections.

Prioritized Traffic: The mention of “express lanes” assures businesses that their data won’t get stuck in traffic caused by residential streaming and browsing habits.

Static IPs: Businesses are encouraged by the convenience of having static IP addresses, simplifying hosting of data servers and remote device connections.

Robust Reliability: The text commits to doing everything necessary to ensure the most reliable performance, with the assurance of 24/7 support for any issues.
